Plate & Ring Turning Lathes TYPE ERH-25 - Automatic Ring Turning Lathe A fully automatic lathe for the production of rings; wheels and similar items from cross-grained timber. Outputs up to 800-pieces per hour are achievable with very fine finishes. Automatic braking of the piece ensures safe release. Fed with either square or circular pieces up to a maximum of 250mm in diameter and 70mm in thickness, the machine is completely hydraulically controlled with the option of a plunging tool holder for cutting grooves around the circumference, and an extra tool holder on the front for heavily profiled pieces. TYPE ERSP-4 - Plate and Bowl Turning Lathe A very sturdy built for producing wooden plates; bowls; Round chopping boards; Rings; Wheels and similar items. Maximum diameter is 400mm with a maximum thickness of 80mm. Manually operated with the possibility of a second template controlled copying unit to the back of the workpiece.
