A wide range of special machines is also available with individual programming and manufacture to customer's requirements.
Deep hole Air borers
with or without hopper feed are available along with twin ended borers for drilling handles etc. These can sometimes be linked through with our production lathes and sanders to make completely automatic lines.
IH25
A very high output but smaller machine with length up to 200mm and Ø of 50mm for production of smaller components at rates up to 1800 pieces per hour.
CP
A special turning and sanding lathe for artist' brushes and similar turnings either produced for lengths of 320mm or 50mm, and with a Ø of 22mm.
SA
An automatic vertical cut-off saw which accepts square and round pieces for x-cutting to lengths between 30mm and 290mm; and from 25mm to 80mm section. Output is set at 3600; 4800; 6000; or 7200 per / hour.
OG AND OB
OG AND OB threading and tapping machines are available and of course there are our older copy lathes using gauges and back knives.
Tooling
We make our own profile knives, and are able to manufacture to precise specifications for most other types of lathes including Fell etc; prices given on receipt of samples or drawings.
The special milling cutters for our CN/CKE and HKS lathes are held on stock, and can also be ordered for ZUCKERMAN and CMS-HIT machines.
Sanding Cloths
Sanding Cloths are also held on stock for the above types of machines as well as the rolls and belts for our normal sanding machines.
