TYPE PH - Automatic Belt Sander
A fully automatic belt sander which combines belt sanding with traditional brush back sanding. Bed lengths for this machine come in either 900mm or 1200mm, and automatic sanding is possible up to 100mm in diameter with manual feeding for pieces up to 1500mm.
Operation is by hydraulic tracer for the belts, brushes forcing the sanding cloth onto the pieces. Both rough and fine sanding can be carried out for the belt sanding and brush back sanding operations giving an excellent finish.
With the addition of oscillation to the brush back sanding cradle, outputs as high as 600 pieces per hour can be achieved.
TYPE PD - Automatic Sander
A fully automatic brush back sander with 10 stations. Bed lengths for this machine come in either 500mm; 900mm or 1200mm, and automatic sanding is possible up to 100mm in diameter with manual feeding for pieces up to 200mm.
With 5 sanding stations and our double oscillation of the cloths, very fine finishes can be achieved at outputs from 340-2000 pieces per hour.
Longer bed lengths are available to special order.
TYPE PK - Furniture Knob Sander
A special sanding machine for components up to 100mm in length and 100mm in diameter. (For longer pieces a specially extended bed is available to order).
As with the other sanders, there is a ten head-revolving cylinder with the pieces being automatically pressed onto the spindles.
Belt sanding of the face is followed by brush back sanding of the diameter with oscillation. Output varies normally between 600-800 pieces per hour.
