Shapers TYPE FPNC - Twin Spindle CNC Operated Shaper A fully automatic CNC controlled twin spindle shaper designed for producing Coat Hangers; Lamp parts; Brush Handles; Knife handles and a wide range of other flat components in both wood and plastic. Available in two sizes, the type FPNC-5 can accept lengths up to 500mm; widths up to 150mm and thickness of 30mm; the type FPNC-12 can accept lengths up to 1200mm. Hopper fed and with 3 axis milling, very high accuracy and excellent finish is obtained. Cutter feeds and Spindle speeds can be programmed for different parts of any profile. Standard motors run between 7200rpm and 1800rpm, although heavier motors can be supplied on request. Programming is possible from external sources. TYPE FQBH - Contour Shaper A fully automatic electronic-hydraulically controlled machine with hopper feed. This machine is specially designed for the outside contours of Brush backs; Chopping boards; Cheese boards; Trays and other flat pieces in a round or oval shape. Two independently controlled cutters ensure an excellent finish, which rotate in opposite directions, and act alternately. Template controlled by hydraulics pressure can be regulated to ensure constant pressure. Spindle speed is 11000rpm and option of either 20mm or 30mm diameter spindles. The table itself can be set to make from ½ to 2 complete revolutions per cycle. Output is variable from 180-1500 pieces per hour with a maximum length of 410mm; maximum diagonal measurement of 440mm; and thickness of up to 40mm. TYPE FQB - Profile Shaper A fully automatic electronic-hydraulically controlled machine with hopper feed. This machine is specially designed for the outside contours of Brushes; Cheese boards; and other flat pieces in a round or oval shape. Two independently controlled cutters ensure an excellent finish, which rotate in opposite directions, and act alternately. Spindle speed is 11000rpm and option of either 20mm or 30mm diameter spindles. The table itself can be set to make from 1, 1 ½ or 2 complete revolutions per cycle. Output is variable from 180-1500 pieces per hour with a maximum length of 410mm; maximum diagonal measurement of 440mm; and thickness of up to 60mm.
